Welcome to the August edition of CORESafety TV — the online video program from the National Mining Association. 

Whether you’re working underground or on the surface, extreme heat can be one of your worst enemies, especially during the summer months. 

MSHA – the Mine Safety and Health Administration – makes a point of reminding miners and mine operators about this on a regular basis.
